1. Returns and Refunds Policy 

 

Exchange

 

You have 14 days to return your item to us for an exchange due to damage only. Do note that the outer case is just for protecting goods (scratches and discoloration on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging or returning). To process your exchange, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. Please mail your exchange item together with your receipt back to us. The item being exchanged must be in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. If the item is out of stock, then a refund will be processed instead. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item. For more information, please email us.

 

Refunds

 

You have 14 days to return your item and request for a refund from us if your item is damaged. Do note that the outer case is just for protecting goods (scratches and discoloration on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging or returning). To process your refund, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. Please mail your return item together with your receipt back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item.

 

2. Shipping Policy

 

Delivery costs will be charged according to the price stipulated by the logistics provider. We aim to deliver your order to you at the delivery address listed and by the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout. These details will also be listed in the order confirmation. Should any unforeseen circumstances affect your delivery, we will notify you of this to the extent permitted by law, however, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. 

 

In case of any faults, issues, defects or damages, please feel free to reach out to our customer care representative. Please provide information about such issues during the call, including your order number, product details, etc, if needed. 

 

3. Payment Policy

 

For all orders made from us, you can pay via manual payment. Payment has to be made within 24 Hours. Payment verification will take between 1-3 working days. Once your payment is verified, you will receive an email with PAID status.

Prices and shipping rates may be subject to change without prior notice. However, these changes will not be reflected for CONFIRMED (Paid) orders. For any issues regarding your payments, please feel free to reach out to our customer care consultant.
