1. Returns and Refunds Policy
You have 14 days to return your item to us for an exchange due to damage only. Do note that the outer case is just for protecting goods (scratches and discoloration on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging or returning). To process your exchange, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. Please mail your exchange item together with your receipt back to us. The item being exchanged must be in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. If the item is out of stock, then a refund will be processed instead. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you. 2. Shipping Policy
Delivery costs will be charged according to the price stipulated by the logistics provider. We aim to deliver your order to you at the delivery address listed and by the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout. These details will also be listed in the order confirmation. Should any unforeseen circumstances affect your delivery, we will notify you of this to the extent permitted by law, however, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

3. Payment Policy
For all orders made from us, you can pay via manual payment. Payment has to be made within 24 Hours. Payment verification will take between 1-3 working days. Once your payment is verified, you will receive an email with PAID status.
